What we do
Services
02
Interior design
Layout, materials, lighting and custom furniture, conceived as a whole for each space.
03
Construction supervision
We support our clients during construction, checking that the builder follows the project and does the work properly. It gives you peace of mind and does not replace site management.
04
Online consultation
A 1-hour meeting to answer specific questions and make design decisions with clarity.
Our process
How we work
01
First meeting
We get to know your idea, your needs and your budget. We survey the space and study what can be done.
02
Preliminary sketch
We create the first proposal together with you, in person or by video call: we share ideas live and set the direction of the project with basic drawings.
03
Schematic design
The project takes shape: more detailed drawings, a 3D model and realistic images to see the result.
04
Construction documents
Complete documentation to build: technical drawings, installations, and high-quality images and videos.
05· Optional
Construction supervision
We support you during construction to make sure the design is respected.
The studio
Who we are
We are three architects who have known each other for more than six years and have been working together at ORIGO for two. We like to work closely with each client, from the first idea to the last detail.
Two of us are also qualified construction technicians (Maestros Mayores de Obras), and that combination defines us: architecture gives us creativity, design and a sense of space; technical training gives us the rationality and building logic behind every project. That is why we design with a fresh eye, while always thinking about how it will be built.
