Who we are
ORIGO is an architecture and interior design studio based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website. For any question about your data, write to us at arq.origo@gmail.com.
What data we collect
When you use the quote tool, we ask for your full name, email and phone number, and we store your answers (service, stage, area or reason for your inquiry), the approximate price we showed you and whether you agreed to receive news.
We also record anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country and device type) to understand how the site is used. These statistics do not use cookies and cannot identify you.
If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, or book a meeting on Calendly, that data is handled by those services under their own privacy policies.
How we use it
We only use your data to answer your inquiry, send you a quote and follow up on your project. If you ticked the news box, we may also email you information about the studio; you can ask us to stop at any time.
Where it is stored and who can access it
Quote tool inquiries are stored in a private Google spreadsheet that only the ORIGO team can access. The site is hosted on Vercel. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry or project, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, you can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data by writing to arq.origo@gmail.com. You may exercise your right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown (section 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326).
The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the way we handle data changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
